Beth.

It is with the saddest of hearts that I share that Beth passed away around midnight today.

Arrangements are still tentative and I will update as soon as they are final.

Please continue praying for Mike, Andrew, Stephen, William, Carolyn & George, Tom and his family, and Mike's family.

I would like to continue with the meal Care Calendar.

Thank you so very much for loving Beth's family as you have and I know will continue to.

Susan

  2. God bless Mrs. Bryan. Not only was she a great Mom to her boys, she loved all children, and always gave encouragement, comfort, as if she was extended family a second mom. Such a big heart, so much love to give. Other people would be quick to write off a "bad kid," not Mrs. Bryan she always seemed to see the good in everyone. I never heard her gossiping, speaking poorly, or being judgemental of anyone. I was blessed to have known her and she is a role model as to the type of woman, future mother I can only hope to be. She is so loved, will greatly miss her, and her warm, caring, loving, calming presence. Certainly a little angel..

  3. Beth is a woman who daily displayed what God meant when He created Eve. She leaves her impression on so many of us, body, soul and mind. Beth led life as a example of how to appreciate our physical being. She exemplified the healthy life style to which so many of us aspire, incorporating physical fitness and competition into daily life. She attended to the body in spite of the challenges heaped upon it in terms of time commitments, allergies, bacteria, viruses and even cancer. She was a kind and peaceful conduit for God's love. She remembered details of others' lives and made one feel a part of her circle of friends. I agree with the writer above that Beth never wrote off a "bad kid;" I would add, however, that her warm and welcoming patience extended to adults as well . Beth was bright and quick and creative. We only have to look as far as her service to the Orange Hunt Swim Team for evidence of that. No matter how frustrating, exacerbating or boring the swimmers, parents, coaches or officials could be, Beth worked for solution to problems WITH that beloved smile. Beth is a role model for all women - you young ones and us old ones. She was one of the most remarkable people I have had the privilege to meet, know and see in action. There is nothing fair or remotely just about her death; her death will leave a huge void in her family, among her friends and throughout our community. Only time will ease the pain that Mike, Andrew, Steven and WIlliam, and Beth's folks are experiencing now. I pray that God's love - of which Beth so well displayed - will comfort them until they can recall her to their hearts and memories without tears. Love, Terry
